A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO DIRECT THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE TO PREPARE, UPDATE, AND PROVIDE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST A MANUAL SETTING FORTH THE PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH BUSINESS WHICH SHALL OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR OPERATION FROM A STATE AGENCY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. By January 1, 1993, the Governor's Office shall prepare, update, and provide to the public upon request a manual setting forth the permitting requirements for each business which shall obtain a permit for operation from a state agency.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
