TO CONGRATULATE AND RECOGNIZE SPEC. AND MRS. HENRY HARRIS OF ALLENDALE ON BEING NAMED "NATIONAL GUARD FAMILY OF THE YEAR" AND ALLOW THEM AND ADJUTANT GENERAL T. ESTON MARCHANT THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AT 11:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 1992.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That Spec. and Mrs. Henry Harris of Allendale were named "National Guard Family of the Year" and they and Adjutant General T. Eston Marchant are given the privilege of the floor of the House of Representatives at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 1992.
