TO CONGRATULATE TAMMY RENEE MICKLE ON HER OUTSTANDING RECORD AT W. J. KEENAN HIGH SCHOOL AND TO WISH HER CONTINUED SUCCESS.
Whereas, Tammy Renee Mickle of Columbia, South Carolina, a student at W. J. Keenan High School, has excelled at any and all endeavors; and
Whereas, Tammy Renee Mickle was President of the Sophomore Class, winner of the Military Proficiency Award of the R.O.T.C. Program, the winner of the Academic Excellence Award, and the recipient of Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Support of the Battalion's Black History Program; and
Whereas, she has been outstanding in her activities in the community and church, including serving as President of the Youth-in-Action of the Trinity Baptist Church; and
Whereas, Tammy Renee Mickle received the outstanding Performance Award in Drama for an underclassman; and
Whereas, Tammy Renee Mickle exemplifies the finest qualities in our youth, and she serves as an example not only for her peers but for our state's youth and adults; and
Whereas, the members of the Senate of the State of South Carolina wish to congratulate Tammy Renee Mickle on an outstanding record and the example she sets for others. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate:
That the members of the Senate congratulate Tammy Renee Mickle on her outstanding record at W. J. Keenan High School and wish her continued success.
