AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-335, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE BAG LIMIT ON ANTLERED DEER, SO AS TO DELETE THE DAILY LIMIT ON ANTLERED DEER IN GAME ZONE 7.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Daily limit on antlered deer deleted in Game Zone 7
SECTION 1. Section 50-11-335 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"Section 50-11-335. (A) The bag limit on antlered deer is as follows:
(1) Game Zones 1, 2, and 4: as set by the commission;
(2) Game Zones 7, 8, and 10: five a season.
(B) For game zones not provided for in subsection (A), there is no day or season limit on antlered deer."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
