A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

EXTENDING BEST WISHES FOR A SPEEDY RECOVERY TO OUR DISTINGUISHED COLLEAGUE IN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND DEAR FRIEND, REPRESENTATIVE C.D. CHAMBLEE OF ANDERSON.

Whereas, we were greatly distressed to learn that our distinguished colleague in the General Assembly and dear friend, Representative C.D. Chamblee of Anderson, was recently taken ill and is in the Anderson County Hospital; and

Whereas, we are praying for his full recovery and offer our support and encouragement to him and his entire family; and

Whereas, we are confident he will be back with us in the State House soon, and, until then, we want him to know he remains uppermost in our thoughts. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, extend best wishes for a speedy recovery to our distinguished colleague in the General Assembly and dear friend, Representative C.D. Chamblee of Anderson.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Honorable C.D. Chamblee.
