A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-720, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ENTITIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO ADD MUNICIPALITIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 1-11-720(A)(1) of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 364 of 1992, is amended to read:

"(1) counties and municipalities;"

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1994.
