TO ENACT THE JUVENILE CRIME PREVENTION ACT OF 1994, AND TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE 20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSES OF THE ACT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. There is enacted the Juvenile Crime Prevention Act of 1994.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
