COMMENDING RICHARD T. MINCEY FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE AS LEGISLATIVE AGENT FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE FIREMEN'S ASSOCIATION, AND WISHING HIM HAPPINESS FOLLOWING HIS RETIREMENT.
Whereas, for fourteen years Richard T. Mincey has served as the legislative agent for the South Carolina State Firemen's Association; and
Whereas, during that period he has provided valuable information and insight to the members of the General Assembly as the members have considered various items of legislation; and
Whereas, Richard has represented his association well and has won the respect and admiration of the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate; and
Whereas, he is a hard-working, diligent individual and his friendship and cooperation have been valued for many years; and
Whereas, Richard intends to retire in 1994; and
Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate want him to know that they hold him in great esteem and will miss his presence in the State House very much. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, commend Richard T. Mincey for his outstanding service as legislative agent for the South Carolina State Firemen's Association and wish him much happiness following his retirement.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Richard T. Mincey.
