6     SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 11-11-140(F) of the 1976 Code, as amended, the following
7     amount is appropriated from the FY 95-96 Set-Aside (Carnell-Felder) to the Property Tax
8     Relief Fund for FY 96-97:                                          $64,203,298

10     SECTION 2.   Except where otherwise provided, this Part takes effect upon approval by the
11     Governor, but the appropriation in Section 1 may not be paid until after the Comptroller
12     General closes the state's books on fiscal year 1995-96.
