TO AMEND RULE 10 OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, RELATING TO MISCELLANEOUS RULES BY ADDING RULE 10.10 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MEETINGS OF A LEGISLATIVE CAUCUS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 2-17-10(11), CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, MAY NOT BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND MUST BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC PURSUANT TO SECTION 30-4-60.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That Rule 10 of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amending by adding:
"10.10 Meetings of a legislative caucus as defined in Section 2-17-10(11), Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, may not be closed to the public and must be open to the public pursuant to Section 30-4-60."
