TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 40-29-105 SO AS TO REQUIRE A RETAIL DEALER IN MOBILE HOMES TO CERTIFY THAT THE PURCHASER'S LOT MEETS APPLICABLE ZONING REQUIREMENTS AND APPLICABLE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL REGULATIONS FOR WELLS AND SEPTIC TANKS AND TO PROVIDE THAT A CONTRACT OF SALE NOT CONTAINING THE CERTIFICATE IS VOIDABLE BY THE PURCHASER.
