A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-33-117 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR CAUSES OF ACTION AGAINST THE FEDERAL AGENCY REQUIRING IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSION IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THIS STATE AND DEFINE TERMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 59-33-117. A party aggrieved as a result of implementation of inclusion in the classrooms of the public schools of this State has a cause of action against the federal agency mandating inclusion, not against the State.
