TO AMEND SECTION 2-17-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DEFINITIONS USED IN THE ETHICS, GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY, AND CAMPAIGN REFORM ACT OF 1991, SO AS TO EXCLUDE A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN FROM THE LAW REGULATING A LOBBYIST.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 2-17-10(13) of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 6 of 1995, is further amended by adding:
"(i) a person under the age of eighteen."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
