TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS A TO DELETE AN EXEMPTION FOR THE NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF A PERSON WHOSE NAME A MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATE IS REGISTERED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The unnumbered item added to Section 30-4-40(a) of the 1976 Code, by Act 1 of 1995 bearing ratification number 513 of 1994, is deleted.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
