A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

CONGRATULATING ARTHUR ELLIOTT HOLMAN, JR., OF ANDERSON COUNTY ON BEING CHOSEN "SMALL BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR" BY THE ANDERSON AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

Whereas, the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce named Arthur Elliott Holman, Jr., its small business person of the year at its annual chamber meeting on Tuesday night, February 28, 1995; and

Whereas, Mr. Holman is the vice president of Anderson's Holman Insurance Agency and has served as president of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, the Anderson Jaycees, the Anderson Library Association, and the Anderson School of Theology for Laymen; and

Whereas, he is an outstanding individual and is highly deserving of the award he has won. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, congratulates Arthur Elliott Holman, Jr., of Anderson County on being chosen "Small Business Person of the Year" by the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Holman.
