TO CONGRATULATE AND COMMEND MICHELLE SCHWENDIMANN OF INMAN FOR BEING SELECTED AS A FINALIST IN THE 1995-96 CONGRESS-BUNDESTAG YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM AND TO WISH FOR HER A VERY REWARDING AND CHALLENGING SCHOOL YEAR IN GERMANY.

Whereas, Michelle Schwendimann of Inman has been selected as a finalist in the 1995-96 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program; and

Whereas, Michelle will participate in the program through one of five participating organizations: Youth for Understanding, International Exchange, AFS Intercultural Programs, World Learning, ASSE International Student Exchange Programs or AYUSA International, five of the most highly respected youth exchange organizations with programs in Germany; and

Whereas, Michelle has been awarded a full scholarship for the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program as a freshman in high school even though it is generally offered only to juniors and seniors; and
