32         4.1.      (JDLHS: Status Offender Carry Forward)  To facilitate the period of initial program start-up, unexpended EIA status offender
33     funds distributed to John de la Howe School from the Department of Education may be carried forward and used for the same purpose.
34         4.2.      (JDLHS: Fee Schedule Study)  John de la Howe must submit a report to the Senate Finance Committee and the Ways and Means
35     Committee by January 15, 1998 on the feasibility of developing and implementing  a schedule of sliding fees for families receiving services


SECTION 4 - L12 - JOHN DE LA HOWE SCHOOL PAGE 406 1 provided by the agency. This report shall include, but not be limited to, recommendations related to the type, applicability, and amount 2 of such fees, income verification procedures and agency collection efforts for non-payment of fees.
