19     DOCUMENTS OF AND DOCUMENTS INCIDENTAL TO PROPOSED CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS WHICH
20     RELATE TO THE PROPOSED LOCATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY ON THE
21     CONDITION THAT THE REQUESTED INFORMATION IS RELEASED ONLY TO A STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE
22     GENERAL ASSEMBLY FOR DISCUSSION IN EXECUTIVE SESSION.

24     A.  Section  30-4-40(5) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

26           "(5)(A) Documents of and documents incidental to proposed contractual arrangements and documents of and documents incidental
27     to proposed sales or purchases of property.
28           (B) The provisions of this item do not apply to the proposed location and construction of a correctional facility when the request for
29     this information is made during the course of a regular meeting of a standing committee of the General Assembly.  The requested
30     information may be released only for discussion in executive session of the standing committee."

32     B.  This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
