A BILL

TO PROVIDE THAT TECHNICAL COLLEGES AND STATE-SUPPORTED COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES MAY OFFER EDUCATIONAL FEE WAIVERS TO NO MORE THAN TWO PERCENT OF THEIR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT BODY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Technical colleges and state-supported colleges and universities may offer educational fee waivers to no more than two percent of their undergraduate student body.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
