TO CONGRATULATE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR JIMMY G. CLARK OF THE SAVANNAH RIVER SITE LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT ON HIS OUTSTANDING INVESTIGATIVE EFFORTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT AND ON HIS NOMINATION FOR THE "OUTSTANDING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AWARD" OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR INDUSTRIAL SECURITY.

Whereas, Criminal Investigator Jimmy G. Clark has been associated with Wackenhut Services, Inc., the Savannah River Site Law Enforcement Department, for eleven years; and

Whereas, Investigator Clark has been a part of the Criminal Investigations Section for eight years; and

Whereas, he has earned during that time a distinguished reputation throughout the area as an accomplished interrogator; and

Whereas, he also has distinguished himself for his diligence; and

Whereas, he has worked with most law enforcement agencies in the area by responding to information requests, following leads, and coordinating service of civil and criminal process; and

Whereas, the ability of Investigator Clark to solve a case where there exists little or no physical evidence has resulted in successful prosecutions in the magistrate, state, and federal court systems; and

Whereas, his efforts also have resulted in the recovery of personal and governmental property valued in excess of a quarter million dollars; and

Whereas, Investigator Clark's distinguished accomplishments were recognized by his nomination for the Central Savannah River Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security "Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer Award". Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives, by this resolution, congratulate Criminal Investigator Jimmy G. Clark of the Savannah River Site Law Enforcement Department on his outstanding investigative efforts and on his nomination for the "Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer Award" of the American Society for Industrial Security.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Investigator Jimmy G. Clark.
