A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO RECOGNIZE JOEL BURTON SLOTNICK OF LEXINGTON COUNTY ON THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE HE HAS DONE FOR THE CITIZENS OF LEXINGTON COUNTY ON THE OCCASION OF HIS TWENTY-FIFTH BIRTHDAY ON MONDAY, MAY 19, 1997.

Whereas, Joel Burton Slotnick of Lexington County will celebrate his twenty-fifth birthday on Monday, May 19, 1997; and

Whereas, this lifelong resident of Lexington County has contributed unselfishly of his time and service to make a better life for underprivileged children and the youth of his county and State; and

Whereas, Joel Slotnick, a graduate of Irmo High School, is an active and dedicated member of the Lexington County Athletic Commission; and

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives wish to use the occasion of Mr. Slotnick's twenty-fifth birthday to extend to him their best wishes and continued support for his efforts in touching the lives of young people and serving as an outstanding role model. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives, by this resolution, recognize Joel Burton Slotnick of Lexington County on the outstanding service he has done for the citizens of Lexington County on the occasion of his twenty-fifth birthday on Monday, May 19, 1997.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Slotnick.
