A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 57, TITLE 48, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT PRIVILEGE AND VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION CONTAINED IN AN ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT IS SUBJECT TO DISCLOSURE UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 57, Title 48 of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 384 of 1996, is amended to read:

"CHAPTER 57

Environment Audit Privilege and Voluntary Disclosure

Section 48-57-10. "

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
