TO PROVIDE THAT PURSUANT TO RULE 10.1 OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE STAFF OF THE GOVERNOR AND THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES COMMISSION BY SPECIAL LEAVE OF THE HOUSE MAY BE ADMITTED IN THE OUTER DOORS OF THE CHAMBER AND ARE GRANTED THE PRIVILEGE OF THE HOUSE FLOOR DURING THE 1998 SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That pursuant to Rule 10.1 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, the following members of the staff of the Governor by special leave of the House may be admitted in the outer doors of the Chamber and are granted the privilege of the House floor during the 1998 session of the General Assembly:
(1) Todd Atwater
(2) Jeri Cook
(3) Jeanine Greene
(4) Don Hottel
(5) Bill Routh
(6) Angelia Smith
(7) Carol Stewart
Be it further resolved that Ashley Harwell-Beach, Director of the Sentencing Guidelines Commission, shall be granted the privilege of the House floor during the 1998 session of the General Assembly in the same manner the above-referenced members of the Governor's staff are granted the privilege of the floor of the House.
Be it further resolved that this resolution supersedes the provisions of House Resolution 3220 adopted by the House on January 14, 1997, granting the privilege of the House floor to specified members of the Governor's staff for the 1997 and 1998 sessions of the General Assembly.
