A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO EXPRESS THE DISAGREEMENT OF THE SENATE WITH THE POLICIES OF BOB JONES UNIVERSITY CONCERNING INTERRACIAL DATING AND INTERRACIAL MARRIAGE.

Whereas, Bob Jones University maintains a policy toward interracial dating and interracial marriage with which the Senate does not agree. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the Senate deems it appropriate to inform Bob Jones University that it does not agree with the policy of the university regarding interracial dating and interracial marriage.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Dr. Bob Jones, III, President of Bob Jones University.
