TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING AND REGULATION, PILOTAGE COMMISSION, RELATING TO PORT OF PORT ROYAL, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2312, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Labor, Licensing and Regulation, relating to Port of Port Royal, designated as Regulation Document Number 2312, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code, are approved.
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
This regulation amends Regulation 136-520 C to conform with the recent change to the 1976 Code Section 54-15-90, which now requires that the Commissioners of Pilotage for the Port of Port Royal shall establish in regulation the tonnages and draft restrictions for each short branch license.
