A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

EXTENDING THE DATE BY WHICH THE "COMMITTEE TO STUDY CONSUMER FINANCE ISSUES" MUST MAKE ITS REPORT TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the date by which the "Committee to Study Consumer Finance Issues", created pursuant to Act 135 of 1995, must make its report with recommendations to the General Assembly is extended to February 3, 1999.
