AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF MEETINGS BY THE DILLON COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Payments from "C" fund revenues
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, each member of the Dillon County Transportation Committee, in performance of his duties, must be allowed and paid from Dillon County "C" fund revenues seventy-five dollars for each meeting at which he is in attendance.
Approved vouchers, etc.
SECTION 2. The Dillon County Transportation Committee shall receive the payment authorized in Section 1 upon issuance of approved vouchers by its chairman. However, in any single fiscal year, the chairman may not approve vouchers which authorize payment for more than ten meetings for each fiscal year for a member of the committee.
Time effective
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
