-- Unclaimed property, provisions for gift certificates and forfeited reservation deposits; Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Effective July 1, 2001 and applies to gift certificates issued after June 30, 1996 and to gift certificates issued before July 1, 1996 that have not been reported as abandoned before July 1, 2001.

-- Motor Vehicle license plates; special, display of; new, issued every six years; fees and cost; Public Safety Department. Effective May 29, 2001; and the set aside of two dollars of each biennial fee and one dollar of each annual fee and its placement into a special restricted account must begin with collections on and after July 1, 2002.
