A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTIONS 58-37-30 AND 58-37-40, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL REPORTS REQUIRED OF DEMAND-SIDE ACTIVITIES OF CERTAIN GAS AND ELECTRIC UTILITIES AND INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLANS WHICH MUST BE SUBMITTED BY CERTAIN ELECTRIC UTILITIES TO THE STATE ENERGY OFFICE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Sections 58-37-30 and 58-37-40 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
