AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 917 OF 1964 RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF COLLETON COUNTY TO SELL SURPLUS SCHOOL PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Repeal
SECTION 1. Act 917 of 1964 is repealed.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 4th day of June, 2002.
Approved the 7th day of June, 2002.
