A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO RANDOLPH D. SMOAK, JR., M.D., A SURGEON OF ORANGEBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA, ON THURSDAY, MARCH 1, 2001, AT A TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY THE SPEAKER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING RECOGNIZED AND CONGRATULATED ON HIS ELECTION AS THE ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIFTH PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the privilege of the floor of the South Carolina House of Representatives is extended to Randolph D. Smoak, Jr., M.D., a surgeon of Orangeburg, South Carolina, on Thursday, March 1, 2001, at a time to be determined by the Speaker, for the purpose of being recognized and congratulated on his election as the one hundred fifty-fifth President of the American Medical Association.
