Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Subarticle 3, Article 17, Chapter 35, Title 11 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 11-35-4415. (A) A grievance filed pursuant to Sections 11-35-4210(6), 11-35-4220(5), 11-35-4230(6), or 11-35-4410(1)(b), or any combination of these sections, must be accompanied by a nonrefundable filing fee in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars payable to the South Carolina Procurement Review Panel. SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2001 and applies for grievances filed with the South Carolina Procurement Review Panel after June 30, 2001.
