TO REQUEST THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS ALONG THE NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND LANES OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 77 IN YORK COUNTY BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 77 AND 90 THAT READ "NO TRUCKS 3 AXLES OR MORE LEFT LANE".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina request that the South Carolina Department of Transportation erect appropriate signs along both the northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate Highway 77 in York County between mile markers 77 and 90 that read "No Trucks 3 Axles Or More Left Lane".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
