A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 12-28-2910, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DEDICATION OF EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLARS OF GASOLINE TAX REVENUES TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 12-28-2910 of the 1976 Code is repealed except that the provisions of that section continue to apply until projects underway on the effective date of this act and which have received funding from the Economic Development Account are completed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
