A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 59-21-170, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTAIN FUNDING REQUIRED TO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO OFFSET CHANGE IN DISTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION FUNDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 59-21-170 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
