A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXPRESS THE DEEPEST SYMPATHY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO THE FAMILY AND MANY FRIENDS OF MR. JAMES "JIMMY" DAVID SULLIVAN OF TURBEVILLE WHO RECENTLY PASSED AWAY.

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Mr. James "Jimmy" David Sullivan of Turbeville who died on May 4, 2002; and

Whereas, Mr. Sullivan was the owner and operator of Sullivan's Auto Parts; he also served on the Turbeville Town Council, was a South Carolina State Constable, a mason, and a member of Fidelity Lodge # 394; and

Whereas, he was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and the Methodist Men's Club; and

Whereas, the members of the House of Representatives would like to express their deepest sympathy upon the death of this truly fine man to his widow, Ruby Spigner Sullivan, daughters, Cheryl Wingard and her husband, Keith, and Julie Lee and her husband Stein; his son, David and his wife, Tammy; two sisters, Maxine Sullivan and Clara Epps; one brother, Jackie; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives herby express their deepest sympathy to the family and many friends of Mr. James "Jimmy" David Sullivan of Turbeville who recently passed away.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mrs. Ruby Spigner Sullivan, of Turbeville.
