A BILL

TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PROTECTION OF GAME, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-535 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS NOT UNLAWFUL TO HUNT TURKEY ON PRIVATE LANDS IN THIS STATE ON SUNDAY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 11, Title 50 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 50-11-535. It is not unlawful to hunt turkey on private lands in this State on Sunday."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
