A BILL

TO AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE CITY OF SPARTANBURG TO APPOINT LAKE WARDENS TO PATROL LAKE BOWEN, LAKE BLALOCK, AND RESERVOIR NUMBER 1 IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding another provision of law, the Commissioners of Public Works for the City of Spartanburg shall have the authority to appoint and compensate a sufficient number of lake wardens to patrol Lake Bowen, Lake Blalock, and Reservoir Number 1 in Spartanburg County.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
