TO RECOGNIZE AND CONGRATULATE BILLIE JEAN SCHRECK, FOR HER OUTSTANDING, DEDICATED SERVICE AS A LEGISLATIVE AIDE IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, TO EXTEND BEST WISHES FOR MUCH HAPPINESS UPON HER UPCOMING MARRIAGE AND MOVE TO ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, AND TO WISH HER SUCCESS IN ALL OF HER FUTURE ENDEAVORS.
Whereas, throughout the past four years, Billie Jean Schreck has been the Legislative Aide for Representatives Scarborough, Altman, Hagood, and Umphlett, and she previously assisted Representative Hinson; and
Whereas, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force, Ms. Schreck is leaving the State House to get married and move to St. Louis, Missouri, and her presence here will be sorely missed; and
Whereas, a dependable and dedicated worker, Ms. Schreck has been an integral part of the House of Representatives, and those who have worked with her appreciate her strong work ethic and superb organizational skills; and
Whereas, Ms. Schreck has a love for the outdoors and is an avid golfer and devoted horse owner, avocations for which she may find time to now fully enjoy; and
Whereas, Billie Jean Schreck has been a good friend and employee of the South Carolina House of Representatives and the Palmetto State and it is proper and fitting that the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives pause in their deliberations to recognize such an exceptional woman, coworker, and friend and to wish her all the best in the next chapter of her life. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, recognize and congratulate Billie Jean Schreck, for her outstanding, dedicated service as a legislative aide in the House of Representatives, to extend best wishes for much happiness upon her upcoming marriage and move to St. Louis, Missouri, and to wish her success in all of her future endeavors.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Billie Schreck.
