A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, RELATING TO SEASONS, LIMITS, AND HUNTING METHODS OF WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 2819, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1, SECTION 12, ACT 176 OF 1977.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Natural Resources, relating to seasons, limits, and hunting methods of Wildlife Management Areas, designated as Regulation Document Number 2819, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Section 12, Act 176 of 1977, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 8th day of May, 2003.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 5/15/03.
