Our thought for today is from Amos 5:24: "But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever flowing stream."
Let us pray. Lord God, strengthen us to stand up for justice, love, and mercy. Lead us into ever deeper love with our neighbors, and You. Provide for us every needful thing. Give wisdom, strength, and courage to the leaders of our nation and State. May Your will be done. Protect and defend our troops. Give to them Your favor. Hear our prayer, O God. Amen.

After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of Wednesday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.
