S. 463
S. Printed 3/26/03--S.
Read the first time March 11, 2003.
To whom was referred a Bill (S. 463) to confirm the ownership by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs of real property described in Act 1645 of 1972, to direct the State Budget and Control Board, etc., respectfully
That they have duly and carefully considered the same and recommend that the same do pass:
HUGH K. LEATHERMAN, SR. for Committee.
EXPLANATION OF IMPACT:
The bill requires only the execution of a deed conveying property to DDSN and does not require any specific expenditure.
SPECIAL NOTES:
There is no impact on the General Fund of the State. Currently proceeds from the sale of this property would go to the State Sinking Fund. Enactment would allow proceeds to be retained by DDSN.
