A BILL

TO AMEND SECTION 15-39-720, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE CLOSING OF BIDDING AT MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE AND EXECUTION SALES, SO AS TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE TIME WITHIN WHICH BIDDING SHALL REMAIN OPEN AND FOR THE REOPENING OF BIDS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 15-39-720 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
