A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE OVERPASS ALONG UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 52 IN WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY THAT CROSSES CSX'S RAILROAD TRACKS THE "HIENAMAN MEMORIAL OVERPASS" AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND MARKERS AT THIS OVERPASS THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "HIENAMAN MEMORIAL OVERPASS".

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly request that the Department of Transportation name the overpass along United States Highway 52 in Williamsburg County that crosses CSX's Railroad tracks the "Hienaman Memorial Overpass" and to erect appropriate signs and markers at this overpass that contain the words "Hienaman Memorial Overpass".

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
