A BILL

TO REPEAL ACT 1135 OF 1974 RELATING TO JURISDICTION OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE TOWN OF NEW ELLENTON IN AIKEN COUNTY AT THE COMBINED CAMPUS OF NEW ELLENTON JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND TALATHA HAWTHORNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Act 1135 of 1974 is repealed.

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
