A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE TO CONVENE A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE GOVERNOR'S ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF PORT ROYAL AND TO MAKE A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That the President Pro Tempore is requested to convene a special committee to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Governor's activities in connection with the sale of Port Royal to make a report and recommendations to the Senate upon completion of its investigation.
