A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING SECTION 22-3-120 RELATING TO THE TIME FOR SERVING A COMPLAINT IN MAGISTRATES COURT; AND BY REPEALING SECTION 22-3-220 RELATING TO AN OFFER OF JUDGMENT IN MAGISTRATES COURT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 22-3-120 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    2.    Section 22-3-220 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION    3.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
