TO SET BY SPECIAL ORDER S. 374 FOR CONSIDERATION OF SECOND READING OR OTHER CONSIDERATION ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2009, AT THE CALL OF THE SPEAKER AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTINUING SPECIAL ORDER CONSIDERATION OF S. 374 CONTINUING EACH LEGISLATIVE DAY UNTIL SECOND READING OR OTHER DISPOSITION.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That S. 374 is set by special order for second reading or other consideration on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the call of the Speaker and continuing on each legislative day after Tuesday, October 27, 2009, until S. 374 is given second reading or other disposition.
