A BILL

TO ENACT THE SOUTH CAROLINA JOBS, OPPORTUNITY, AND BUSINESS SUCCESS ACT OF 2010.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    This act may be cited as the "South Carolina Jobs, Opportunity, and Business Success Act of 2010."

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
