This bill would have no direct impact on the General Fund of the State, or on federal and/or other funds. The provisos contained in the Appropriation Act to be codified in this bill are at the General Assembly's discretion.

TO ENACT THE PROVISO CODIFICATION ACT OF 2009, TO PROVIDE FOR THE CODIFICATION IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS OF CERTAIN PROVISOS CONTAINED IN THE ANNUAL GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT EFFECTIVE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 ONLY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. This act may be cited as the Proviso Codification Act of 2009. It is the intent of the General Assembly through this act to provide for the codification in the South Carolina Code of Laws of certain provisos contained in the annual General Appropriations Act and to provide for other provisions related to the annual General Appropriations Act that are effective for fiscal year 2009-2010 only.
SECTION 2.
SECTION 3. This act takes effect July 1, 2009.
